I saw a puppy!
It was given to my by close friend, Ms. Eunice, as a post birthday gift. A Shih Tzu!!!

"Gee Eunice, instant father ako a"

I'll name him Anthoninus Thaddeus. We visited a vet the same day and gave him a shot. He will be visiting again on Wednesday for de-worming...

He is not yet registered but Im planning to do it this coming holiday...
One thing I noticed, Malambing at mahilig maglaro. Inaantok na ako e nakikipaglaro pa rin.
Too bad, I have to leave him alone in my apartment. Hope he'll just sleep :fingers' crossed:

Ganito pala ang may alaga, nagiging mabait at mapagmahal ang amo...

"Big hug and love to Eunice, Thank you so much..."

To my Son Thaddz:
Welcome to my humble abode Son, I can't promise anything but I'll do my best to become the best father and best friend. THank you very much.

Birthday Wish List

Ok, I'm turning 25 tomorrow. My mom told me that I was born early morning of Dec.18 so that would be few hours from now (current time: 9:35pm, 12-17-08). Haha. Think of a child recieving so many gifts. Im very very happy.

I would not include a wish that my parents and brothers to greet me tomorrow because they always do that and besides they always call or send a sms to tell that I should always take care and besides, it not a wish its a constant reality.

Eventhough, they are not that expressive. I can feel it.
I love them too :D

Anyway, Here's the list
1. That everyone would hug me tomorrow. I do not care what other's would think. I just need a hug for no reason at all (haha)
2. That my cousins, tito, tita, niece, nephew and all those of my kins who forgot to greet me last year, would manage to greet me tomorrow. (Last year, I was really saddened, they forgot it, I have sent them a sms reminding them and that's the only time they had greeted me. You see, Im the type of very sensitive person and childish.)
3. That someone from a far away country would also greet me. Even just for few seconds if not, a drop of an e-mail. There's no greater gift if this would come true.
4. A pair of Adidas shoe (white color with adidas brand stripes color black_ for special occasions only)
5. A dog-tug. (Ito yung necklace ng sundalo where the details of the owner is being engraved)
6. An Issey Miyaki cologne (need not to be of same brand) haha
7. A Sony Ericcsson phone. (anyone intersted: please read my prevouis post)
8. Canon Professional Camera (i'm hooked to photography)
9. A pair of boxers (I sleep with boxers only)
10. A Tag Hueur watch or the Wenger
11. A personal notebook (either Dell or Toshiba, latest specifications please )
12. A 120 Gb Ipod
13. A hoodie (plain color, black or dark blue)
14. A jacket from Diesel (For those who would like to give, it's in Rockwell
15. A jacket from Ck (ditto mark)
16. A gym-wear (shorts or tank)
17. A merrel shoes (for every day field work)
18. An alarm clock (which I already bought, It's a must -buy item because I'm not early-riser type)
19. A personal 2-storey House (fully furnish with 5 bedrooms with T&B each, one master bedroom equipped with jacuzzi along with another room for full of clothes and shoes, studio room with complete entertainment systems, a big receiving room, a common T&B complete with amenities required, a kitchen room with lots of utensils) and with car park big enough for two (one Fortuner colored white and One BMW colored dark blue) and of course an mini-Olympic size pool; and a Lot listed under my name (I know this is too much but SOMEONE more that generous enough would give to me and I have this strong faith that HE will give it to me in HIS time and I feel He'll give it to me by next Year. (Gee, Im excited)
20. A MC amounting to 100K addressed to me as my first salary next year
21. A Swiss Security bank statement addressed to me
22. A grapic-tee from Team Manila (it's in Rockwell too)
23. That I will be having a beautiful and loving wife
24. That I will be having lots of children
25. That I may live another year.

Message to all (with gifts or without gifts, I'm still happy that I have all of you);
I personally thank you for always supporting my dreams and ideas. I enjoy taking this life with you all. I know that eventhough I'm grumpy at all times (is it all time?) you're always there, always extending patience for me.
I'm happy for all of you.

GOD bless us all. Play Safe, Stay Safe. Be Safe. I love you all. (haha)
"For He has written our names in HIs mighty hand, He then never forgets and always protect for us to realize His Great Plans. Open our hearts to Him and lets swim to His great abundance of grace and Love."

Yes, I must admit. I was lost but then again He continues to chase me. I never realize that though since I was really happy.
Until one day, i woke-up and everything vanished.

Now, I can say, I still well loved amidst failed relationship.
I'm blessed for He has remembered me and now, I'm enjoying HIS company.

Here the requirement (do not wait for an event):

Happy Birthday Nanggol :D

I personally call her "Nanggol" while others call her, Gretch, Chen and Anggol.

Beautiful lady with the best attitude so far. She'd been my best friend since 2nd year High School. She knows almost all of my secrets.

A lady MD pursuing a professional path to become a famous heart surgeon. Yes, that's right, A heart surgeon.

However, she can't operate her own heart (lovelife). Haha.
She's all that inside out. Only one thing, she's "antukin" but can't be helped because of her work...

Nanggol, GOD bless you always....

Pinoy Gregorian Album (Dex)

It was another typical monday morning in the office. I was just about to put down my laptop in my table and turn it on for another stroll in cyberspace when i noticed a sheet of newspaper (it was a Sunday issue, maybe the one who put it in my table was looking over classified ads section, ehem-ehem) informing about the release of a peculiar music album. I found myself asking, "ayos 'to ah, sino naglagay nito dito?" And I heard an answer from the other side of workstations, "Ako!" And guess who replied, tantananan (with drum roll?) ... it was Ambo! Yeah, right, he definitely knew that I also listen to such kind of music. Out of curiousity, I grabbed the paper and read it altogether. Answer this analogy test to know what I’m referring to-- American Idol: Pinoy Idol ; Gregorian Masters Of Chant: ___________. Lahat na yata may pinoy version, tsk, tsk

I ‘m suppose to download the album but I cannot find any uploader around. Much of my considerable desperation in looking for downloadable mp3’s I ended up buying the CD from Megamall—that was when Ambo called me and apparently voicing out what he observed for one coffee shop in Tuguegarao:
parang mas masarap pa ang kape sa bahay; he was on vacation then.

There are ten tracks in the album.
1. Anak - this internationally recognized piece of Freddie Aguilar is a nice pick for pinoy gregorian and it’s good that they have put it the first track in the album
2. Ikaw Ang Miss Universe - (R. Garcia) ...
3. Kung Kailangan Mo Ako - (R. Valera)
ditto mark
4. Macho Gwapito – ( S. Rigor) I like the chorus, that’s all I can say, ha-ha-ha!
5. Masdan Ang Kapaligiran – (L. Carbon) nice try for another serious song
6. Ipagpatawad Mo - (J. de Leon) ...
7. I-Swing Mo Ako – (C. Agawa)
ditto mark
8. Superstar Ng Buhay Ko – (C. Ilacad)
another ditto mark
9. Di Ko Kayang Tanggapin – (April Boy Regino) good choice, somehow lively
10. You – (G. Paraiso)
another ellipsis

I was expecting for some kind of collaboration like the one made by Sarah and Amelia Brightman with the Gregorian. I like the Moment of Peace, The circle, The Gift and Join Me. I think the songs are just statically rendered, of course , under the melodic chant way. No further dynamism, the tempo is also not much varied (comparing to the orig. versions). Effects are just fair; no significant add-ons. How about pinoy gregorian cover for contemporary pinoy music? I like the GMOC covers on Coldplay (Clocks, Fix You; I hope they will also make their version of Viva La Vida, ha-ha-ha, that would be awesome, oye!), Metallica (Nothing Else Matters, Unforgiven), Greenday (Boulevard of Broken Dreams), Enya (Evening Falls), Enrique Iglesias (Only You), Evanescence (My Immortal), The Rasmus (In the Shadows).

Speaking of Gregorian songs. ..
When I used the term Gregorian, in this particular self-proclaimed sensible blog input, know that I am referring to the Gregorian “band”, as Wikipedia described here-- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gregorian_(band)
There was a time, during college days, that our instructor in Philosophy would play Gregorian songs to stir-up (daw) meditation among us. The first time I listen to Gregorian songs,
parang tumayo mga balahibo ko. Whoa, that’s kinda tunog-simbahan! I find some of the tracks relaxing, though, and can surely take anyone to unique kind of music experience. For some, maybe, the gregorian costume, may appear a lil' bit unusual. Some people might even get an impression that Gregorian men belong to a "kulto". That might be disturbing mind-feed and may complicate one's act of embrace to the music.

Not few people used to judge others based musical preferences. If you listen to screamo, they'll label you as adik. Listen to rap/hiphop and you may hear someone say, COOL!. There are lots of labels! Now, try to listen to gregorian songs... I wonder what the label could be. :)

Download it here

you labeled me, i'll label you, so i dub the unforgiven... - Unforgiven, METALLICA (gregorian cover)----

New Phone Interest

I must admit that I'm a phone geek.
I'm currently using Sony Ericsson P990i which I bought last year (courtesy of bonus and last quarter commissions, Big Thank you to Ms. Abbey of OneComm) then, I'd like to make an upgrade but it should SE Phone still. Here are my options :D

A.
XPERIA™ X1

Check this out
However, I do not know if it's already in the Philippine market. Another thing is, it has somehow a bad review for the technical specs (by people who loves Nokia phones of course)

B.C905 Cyber-shot™

Check this phone also
No idea yet if it's already in the market. I'm still looking for reviews.

Actually, I do not have any idea how much it costs me but definitely I'll buy either of the two. I do not care if I starve myself anyway I'm in a diet (hahhaaaaaa)...

That's it for now...

So long Sensei Ian

Who's sir Ian (the one with the red polo). He was then my first superior/boss when I was a freshman in OneComm.
Before I was formally inducted as a member of Transmission Engineering Department (TED). I was once a member of Wireless Department under supervision of Sir Ian, we handled CMDA phones and EDGE modems for one telecommunication company here in the Philippines.
A good man with the best attitude. A serious taker yet very funny. He usually gets worried easily (which apparently I am too: "namana ko sa kanya" Peace!)
He makes sure that in everything he does, it should have a positive and very clean and smooth output. He usually do work or pop-up task with confidence and he never forgets to smile or laugh when everything seems to be in a wrong place. He even manage to crack a joke out of it, but most of the times, he becomes the victim of his own joke however, he never showed any resentment.
One thing I inherited from him was being "thrifty". He was the one who compelled me to open a savings bank account. He also serves as my inspiration to take CISCO.

Listen, this guy may only be an ordinary man to see but wait until you have met him and have small talk even just a small talk. You'll be amazed how an extra ordinary guy he is.
We'll loved by OneComm family because of his transparency and a BIG Heart.

Sir Ian,
Wala man akong maitulong sa iyo, alam kong mararating mo rin ang pangarap mo. Ikaw ang tipong hindi nawawalan ng pag-asa. Maraming Salamat po.

So long Sir Ian (best buddy, best advisor and best brother!!!). Kudos
Carpe Diem!!! GOD Bless you always.

Maraming Salamat

Note:
You may be wondering who are the other 3 persons. Well let me explain. The picture above was the original "Axesstel Group" before the account was transferred to Converged Data Solutions. That's Ambo, Ms. Ross (Sales Engineer), Sir Ian (Wireless Deputy Head) and Sir John (my superior now for Fixed Transmission Solution, He is also a Deputy Head)..
